James will attempt to become the British Champion at Wolverhampton on June 4th. The highest placed non Grand Prix rider will be given the wild card spot for the British Grand Prix at Cardiff.
A fall and a retirement in his first two rides effectively put James out of the running for the British U-21 Championship in his final attempt at Eastbourne.
